The medical certificate is a must for every certified diver who wants to dive. It is also necessary to take a course. It will not be necessary for initiation activities.

If you have arrived in Menorca and you don’t have a medical certificate you can get it here on the island. You should make an appointment at a medical center specialized in underwater medicine. We leave you two contacts of centers in Menorca:

Yes, in our center we can arrange the insurance for diving, we remind you that it is also mandatory to have a valid insurance. We can provide you with a one-day, two-day, weekly, monthly or annual insurance.

Yes, as long as there is space available on the boat, a maximum of 2 companions are allowed. “Ex: son who wants to dive with his two parents as chaperones.”

Yes, we always dive from a boat, whether we leave from Fornells or Mahón. We only dive from land in some exceptional dives (Queso Suizo) where the access is easy from land, or some times that due to bad weather we can only dive from a sheltered cove where the access to the water is safer from land.

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible so that you can be sure of a place at the desired time and in the desired center. Especially if it is a large group.

No, you don’t need to bring anything special other than a towel and swimsuit. Here we will provide you with all the necessary diving equipment.

Cancellation of reservation

Clients must be present at the meeting point indicated on the day and at the time agreed upon. Any client who does not show up for the activity at the place, day and time indicated, either due to delay or for any other reason, will lose the activity, as well as the payment of the reservation fee (50% of the total amount of the activity).

The client may cancel his reservation by requesting the cancellation by email, phone or whatsapp with a minimum of 24h in advance of the date and time of the start of the activity, obtaining a refund of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Less than 24 hours prior to the contracted date and time, cancellations for any reason or circumstance will not be refunded.

Change of reservation

The client may request a change of date and time of their reservation by contacting us by email, phone or whatsapp with a minimum of 24 hours of the date and time that the activity will start.

Date and time changes are subject to availability.

Cancellations by the company

The most beautiful thing about our work is that it takes place in a natural environment, the sea, so weather conditions may vary and not always be the most suitable.
For this reason, activities may sometimes be affected by weather conditions such as waves, wind, currents or clouds, among others.

In such a case, it will be at the discretion of the company’s managers and the instructors in charge of directing the activity, who will determine whether the activity can be carried out safely. In view of these conditions, activities may be cancelled at any time due to changing or worsening weather conditions. Affected customers will be offered a change of day and time of the activity and will have priority booking.

If it is not possible for either party to relocate the reservation, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the activity fee.
